To remain in good standing your unit must submit membership dues for at least 15 members by a fall deadline. Contact your Council for their Remittance Form.
Out-of-Council Remittance Form
OOC units must submit membership dues for at least 15 members to Sixth District by Oct 15.

To remain in good standing, each unit must submit membership (at least 15 members) to Council by your Council due date, so that you may submit to Sixth District by Oct 15.

Parliamentarian Forms (Bylaws updates)
To use the California State PTA e-Bylaws system, you must request a username and password an follow the instructions.
Once you have your username and password, you can proceed directly to “Build e-Bylaws.”
Note: eBylaws is a tool to generate draft bylaws. The eBylaws system does not submit updates to Council, District or CaPTA.
Sixth District PTA recommends adding the following to your Standing Rules.
Then please submit by email your draft bylaws and California State PTA submittal form your Council Parliamentarian.
For Out of Council Units please sibmit by email your draft bylaws and California State PTA submittal form directly to the Sixth District PTA Parliamentarian.
