IN-COUNCIL UNIT TREASURERS To remain in good standing, your unit must submit membership (at least 15 members) to Council by your Council's due date, so that your Council can submit to Sixth District by Tue Nov 15. OUT-OF-COUNCIL UNIT TREASURERS To remain in good standing, your unit must submit membership (at least 15 members) by Tue Nov 15. Please click to the file format you prefer: Excel, Word, or PDF; print the form, fill it in, and use it as a cover sheet when you remit to Sixth District PTA.

COUNCIL TREASURERS Good Standing To remain in good standing, each of your units must submit membership (at least 15 members to Council by your Council due date, so that you can submit to Sixth District by Tue Nov 15.     Ready, Set, Remit Award To earn the Ready, Set, Remit Award, you need to submit a total of 30 memberships to Sixth District by Thu Oct 20. (1) Please click (below) to select the form for your Council. Save this blank spreadsheet on your own computer. (2) Open the saved spreadsheet in Excel, fill it in, print it, & use it as a cover sheet when you remit to Sixth District. Please DON'T fill in the form online. (It won't work -- the browser won't save the data.)
